Vacation Cottage in Brownsville, VT

This unique Cottage on 12 Acres in Brownsville, VT is perfect for horse people and anyone wanting to relax, ski, walk, hike, read and take advantage of local sights.

The cottage is on the VAST trails and in a perfect location for riding on Class 4 roads or cross country! We are close to Mt Ascutney for skiers, six miles to GMHA and only 12 miles from Woodstock center-so there is easy access to that historic area which includes Billings farm, Woodstock and Queechee Gorge. We're also a short drive to Dartmouth college which gives you access to all the culture and art you could desire!

The cottage is four Rooms including a living/dining room combo, kitchen and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom is used as a study/workroom and has two twin beds if you have guests. There are large windows across the front of the cottage which allow you day and night views of the mountains. About three acres on the property is fenced for horses and there is a run in shed. There are plenty of riding opportunities right out our front door. And if you are a skier or mountain biker, you couldn't find a better location!
